removed the 300px size limit on ELSA visualizations by
commenting out the following lines:

https://github.com/mcholste/elsa/blob/master/web/inc/chart.js#L286

This limitation was added by the Opallios folks here:

Perhaps this was so they could support multiple visualizations in one
page, but since our version of ELSA doesn't do that, the limitation
can be removed and we can provide more data to the analyst with less
scrolling.
