Confused if I have the wrong loader

i have everything setup and i re-downloaded the file to see if anything was wrong but when i open 3dMigotoLoader.exe and my Star Rail it disappears and the mods dont work
Note: Im new to modding so I dont know what to do in these kinds of things

i am trying to figure that out. genshin and star rail run on the same engine, so the loader does not have to change apart from the executables and target location, but I think the new Anti-cheat released in v1.1 just straight up blocked the mod loader and any work arounds are getting players banned on HSR.

genshin's anti-cheat is not that strict, but still strict. model swapping is not bannable on genshin, since it is not covered in TOS, but is banned in HSR now and is now covered, yet burried in the vast sea that is the HSR TOS.

you can get banned on genshin if you record and upload it to social media and your UID is exposed. same for being snitched on too.
