Upgrading to DJS14

As discussed about in #1223 Discord will soon be changing in ways that may or may not facilitate bot developing. In sight of these changes I propose that the bot be upgraded to use DiscordJS v14 so that whatever may come will become easily rebased, refactored and maintained.

If you have any suggestions on things to keep in mind while sorting through the changes that may need to be made in the bot's structure to upgrade please respond to this discussion so we can organize some concrete objectives to work towards.

The first thing that comes to mind is the way that embeds have changed and how class Builders have evolved in the new version, which may need some looking into for the structure of commands and interactions between the bot and the users.
