Added WebBrowser and Tutorials!

This release comes with some small quality of life features, like an injection timer, web browser, and access to youtube tutorials from within the mod manager. On start, new users will be asked if they want to watch a tutorial on how to use the mod manager. This will help new users learn the program without having to try

Small changes. Switched release build to 64bit

Made some small changes to make things easier for user. Changes include:
• the launch button saying "Inject" while the game is running
• Added popup telling first time users to press the "Launch" button when they're ready to play
• Settings should stop overlapping

This is to help prevent people from getting confused with which program they should run
