Chapters cause dropped frames. Not sure why.

When there are a lot of custom chapters this can happen. This is because the chapters UI created by sponsorblock is a full clone of the YouTube UI and it copies over all visual changes on the old one to the new one. With lots of chapters, it can cause lots of change events from YouTube's end

Chapters performance is a lot better than it used to be, but I would suggest disabling it if your computer is having trouble
