Unless we're waiting for https://support.audacityteam.org/basics/installing-plugins or the video at https://www.youtube.com/watch?time_continue=65&v=BMZ5gwkn2uo&feature=emb_logo to be refreshed, this issue isn't complete - the instructions in the video do not work as stated.

In the video at around 0:50

"Click in the question mark will take you to the audacity manual for this topic."

(There is no "question mark").
2. In the video at around 1:06
The plug-in is NOT listed in the Plugin Manager until Audacity is restarted.
