Add RSSI dbm Alarm to GUI in configurator

Describe the solution you'd like

I would like in the gui of configurator to be able to adjust RSSI dbm Alarm. Like there is for RSSI , Capacity , Altitude , link quality.

Instead of having to use the set_osd_rssi_dbm_alarm command in CLI to configure it.

Describe alternatives you've considered

The alternative is in CLI of course. But would be nice to use in GUI
