Describe the bug

I'm using 4S Li-Ion so I set force_battery_cell_count = 4 but configurator's battery monitor continues to calculate battery cell count automatically, which made it think it was a 3S battery. see screenshot
betaflight configurator does not follow force cell count

To Reproduce

set force_battery_cell_count = other than 0

Expected behavior

I expected configurator to follow force_battery_cell_count, what do you think?

Configurator version

10.10.0

Flight controller configuration
