Settings missing in 0.4.3-0 in Windows 7 x64

1 When clicking on settings icon (the last one on the right) in main page nothing happens and the settings & options page doesn't appears. The feature worked perfectly in 0.4.2-0.
2 During the unzipping a prompt asks to overwrite the files in \node_modules\urijs\src (1.19.7 version over an older one, both are present in installation zip)

Does the issue still happen if you install into a fresh directory and not try to overwrite a previous installation?

It is the JS mininig software. Probably you should check the index.html file, i have just poseted on the issue page.
Also check app.js, Code Line says "App.vent.on('startMiner',function(){"?????
