Subtitles sometimes load and sometimes not

When I click on the watch button and the movie starts playing, the subtitles are sometimes loaded and sometimes not. I go to the cache directory and look for the folder with the files of the movie and the .srt file is present but the player does not load it. If I stop the movie and play again sometimes load the subtitles and sometimes not.

The tests were made with the Popcorn 0.4.1-16 win64 player and Media Player Classic.

@gabriel2185 If your using 4.16 make sure to setup an account with Opensubtitles.org. Opensubtitles.org can block retrieval of subtitles when not an authenticated user.

I am effectively using an account of opensubtitlres.org and it is configured. My version is the last 0.4.1-16 win64

Sorry for not responding for so long.
I still have that problem when I use Media Player Clasic. I have to try the Popcorn player.
