TightVNC 修改自TightVNC官方源码

主要修改内容:

• SERVER 配置支持 INI 在同目录新建一个 tvnserver.ini 系统自动使用 ini 配置,否则使用原来的注册表方式 .
• SERVER 端默认访问密码: chenall

关于汉化： Viewer 汉化了一小部份（添加简体中文语言），懒得汉化了，有兴趣的可以协助处理下。
