vcpkg with boost 1.83

Hello,

I would like to update vcpkg cpp-netlib instance. Currently vcpkg is referenced to version 0.13 and commit ca95f04.
I see that version 0.13 is very different with master code, and it has problems with boost::spirit in boost 1.83.
Do you have a date when you create a tag with a new stable version? I could use this tag to update vcpkg and use with boost 1.83.

Hi @jalegido — I’m currently not actively working on the project, but I’m happy to get the latest in the main branch tagged to a different minor version.

If you and/or others are keen to take it forward, I’d be glad to do reviews too.

Hi, I think is a very good option tag your current main branch, to use it under vcpkg. I think many people across the world are using this library and this maintenance support will be useful for all of them.
