Filter by organization on start page

The feature request

Currently, all repositories you have access to are listed on the start page, grouped by organization. It would be desirable to be able to display only the repositories from a particular organization, especially in corporate settings.

Proposed solution

Place a drop-down box above the filter box above the list of repositories on the start page, which would have an option for All, then list each organization you belong to. If you select an organization, only that organization's repositories are shown, similar to the context switcher on GitHub web.
