Potential bug with powers in shop mod and also a question.

Hello! First of all, apologies if this isn't the best place to reach you about this, but I couldn't find any other place. Anyways, I've been trying out your powers in shop mod (along others) and am enjoying them, however I've noticed that regardless of what price is set for the Pontoon, Pond, Banana Farmer, and Tech Bot seem to not cost any cash and can be placed freely.

While I'm here, I also wanted to ask about what exactly setting the pierce on track items actually does? I don't seem to notice any difference regardless of what its set to.
