My partners and I work with .dev and .app domains and don't want to mess with HTTPS, its an unnecessary pain for our use. However we're hosed because of Google deciding for all of is that about 1/2 of the TLDs should force HTTPS via the HSTS preload list.
I'd love the option of disabling HSTS completely on my browser on my own computer.
This option would likely make dissenter very popular with web developers.
