terminal error messages

ubuntu 18.04.4, gnome shell 3.28.4, dissenter browser 1.5.114

When I run this command from the terminal:

/usr/bin/dissenter-browser --profile-directory="Default" %U

I see these error messages:

What do these error messages mean? What must I be trying to fix?
