Description

Trying to install the browser on a non-admin user account on Windows 10 doesn't work right. The issue may also occur on older Windows versions, but I've only tested Windows 10.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Use a non-admin account on Windows 10.
  2. Download the installer.
  3. Right-click the installer and choose "Run as administrator".
  4. Follow the instructions as usual.
  5. After the installation is complete, check to see if the app appears in the list of apps in Settings and/or the Start menu.

Actual result:

The app is not added anywhere to the Start menu. The app does not show up in the installed app list in the Settings app. When the browser is opened at the end of the installation, the icon in the taskbar is missing.

Expected result:

Everything should work as it does when you install from an admin account.

Reproduces how often:

Every time.

Version info

Dissenter version: 1.5.114
Windows version: Windows 10 Home version 2004 (OS build 19041.329) 64-bit
