Feature Request: Dissenter Comments Side Panel W/ Red Dot

It would be great if the Dissenter Icon could get a red dot on it when pages you are viewing have Dissenter comments on them. Then, when you click the Dissenter Icon, a Dissenter Comments Side Panel opens (instead of that annoying drop down box).

I think this would greatly increase the number of Dissenter comments globally, and help it to basically take over as the leader of comment platforms. That is my dream anyway.

You should also have links to the last versions of the Dissenter Extension on the Dissenter home page. Even though it is no longer supported, I think a lot of people like me, still use Brave, Chrome, Firefox all at the same time. Now, we have to always switch to Dissenter to comment on pages already open in the other browsers. This is very messy.
