I have noticed on some sites there is a button displayed via th extension with the label "DIssent This"

Clicking on it brings up a new small window with the dissenter site so you can comment.

There is already a Firefox extension which Dissenter could ride on top of to allow this behavior to continue.

It's call Greasemonkey. It runs custom scripts to change the behavior/look of loaded web sites.

About Greasemonkey

Greasemonkey is a Firefox extension that allows you to customize the way webpages look and function.

There is also https://www.tampermonkey.net/

And it's available on nearly all browsers

Kind of like the Mastodon hack to get Gab back onto IOS and Android. Piggy back onto another tool that does almost what you want. I wish Gab would run with this.
