Output location different for fullscreen/window

Describe the bug
The output path for full-screen captures goes to the set destination folder, but capture region is always sent to the windows Pictures folder

To Reproduce
ctrl + print
screenshot is saved in the entered destination folder under Output

printscreen
screenshot is saved in windows Pictures folder

Expected behavior
All screenshot types should go to the same output folder as defined in the settings
