App conflict with Logi Options+ (solved)

I have Logi Options+ software from Logitech installed and, with its default settings, it was conflicting with Greenshot.

I solved the problem by doing the following: in LogiOptions+, click on the keyboard image, then KEYS, then the "Screen snip" key. Then under Actions, change the action from "Screen snip" to "Screen capture".

Greenshot now works normally.

I'm posting this in case it helps anyone.
