Describe the bug

Hyperliquid - Funding_rate_arbitrage stop loss triggered caused redundant OPEN position opened on exchange.
When closing current position bot Failed on fetch updates when tries to close. This caused bot OPENED position multiple times on Hyperliquid exchange.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create config for funding_rate_arb (use min_funding_rate_profitability tight to open position and funding_rate_diff_stop_loss tight to close position)
2. start the script
3. Review the behavior
