AscendEX - Order tracking issue

Describe the bug

I am encountering an issue where I receive a MarketOrderFailureEvent event, indicating a failure in order processing. However, despite this event, the order is actually being created successfully. This issue occurs exclusively on AscendEX.

Steps to reproduce

1. run a mm bot
2. leave it for a day
3. after a day, log into the exchange and review all active orders. Check for any orders that exceed the maximum order age.
4. review the logs for any MarketOrderFailureEvent to identify any discrepancies between the bot's reported failures and actual order statuses on the exchange.
