Here are some frequently asked questions that I've answered number of times.

My screen goes up and down!

That's an incompatibility between mods which try to change eye height of the player. To fix that, you'll have to open Mod Options > Metamorph > General and toggle Disable POV to true. This will fix the mod incompatibility issue, but at the cost that you won't be able to see yourself at the appropriate height (i.e. the incompatible mod will take control over eye height).
