[hitomi.la] [enhancement] Add search and/or language extractor #2502

Currently, there are the following extractors available for hitomi.la:

https://hitomi.la/artist/a1-all-1.html
https://hitomi.la/group/initial%2Dg-all-1.html
https://hitomi.la/series/amnesia-all-1.html
https://hitomi.la/type/doujinshi-all-1.html
https://hitomi.la/character/a2-all-1.html

I suggest adding the "search" and/or "language" extractors as well:

https://hitomi.la/index-english.html
https://hitomi.la/search.html?tag%3Afull_color%20language%3Aenglish%20type%3Aartistcg

The pages are formatted very similar to (if not exactly the same as) existing extractors.
