invalid index error obscurely reported as invalid .cue #343

mp3splt 2.6.2 (09/11/14) - using libmp3splt 0.9.2

I hit an error because a .cue file contained an index with a seconds counter > 60. e.g.

INDEX 01 23:64:00

This this might correctly be an invalid .cue file, a more descriptive error would be very useful. Cheers
