versions used:
gtk: 0.91, 0.91b, 0.92
mp3splt: 2.6.2

whenever I try to split flac files into equal parts (no matter what length the original flac files have) the ouput files are not frame equal. they differ 12-60 frames.

can this be fixed to be really frame accurat?
