I do not longer have a wintrans license.

If someone know a free resource (rc file) translation tool we can start ik back up

Can be use like lng file ? And add a Language Select Option in winvnc some dialog ,user can change Language by it self .

we just use Notepad then can Edit and Translate it.

We use it for LCNC https://hosted.weblate.org/projects/linuxcnc/
