FR: La touche [Win] n’est pas envoyée au serveur VNC et la séquence [Win]+[ ;] est bloquée.

EN: The [Win] key is not sent to the VNC server, and the [Win]+[;] sequence is blocked.

Did you tried it with scroll lock key on. This key is used to to indicate that some some special keys are for the remote

[FR:] La touche [Arrêt Défil.] n'existe plus sur le clavier d'ordinateur portable récent.
Mais effectivement, en connectant un clavier externe, l'utilisation de [Arrêt Défil.] fonctionne pour envoyer la touche [Win].
[EN:] The [Scroll lock] key no longer exists on the keyboard of a modern laptop.
But indeed, by connecting an external keyboard, using [Scroll lock] works to send the [Win] key.
