I'm using hfsexplorer and its dependencies to extract DMG files in a provisioning tool I'm working on. In the process I've made Maven builds for hfsexplorer, dmgextractor and the utils, happy to contribute them if you want them.

I'd be happy to take a look at it. I have no experience with Maven myself but it could definitely be a useful contribution.
