Hi,
It looks to me like the filesystem specifies a location to read from that is out of bounds for the HFS+ volume itself. In particular HFSExplorer is trying to read from an offset about 10 terabytes into the disk while the disk itself is around 500 gigabytes. It looks like filesystem corruption which can probably be fixed with fsck_hfs on a Mac or Linux system.
