Ignore read errors from the device when mounting and creating images

Currently when mounting the filesystem if it gets a read error you cannot do much more with the disk, would like it to ignore error and continue if possible. After this make the create image also ignore read errors from the disk when creating the .dmg file. This will allow for some recovery of files from damaged and partially unreadable disks.
