portable version on USB key

Could a portable version for Windows be created? It would be interesting and it would serve a lot to keep files always with it

Have you tried the Windows portable version available at https://veracrypt.fr/en/Downloads.html? You can either have both the portable application and a file container on the same USB drive filesystem, or create one partition which contains the portable executable and another partition which you encrypt.
