[RadioFrance] Fix broken playlist generation

Description of your pull request and other information

Contains a fix for the bug identified in issue #9526 and updates some older tests

• Because the JS api is no longer accessible, the extractor now scrapes through the HTML on the webpage to find relevant javascript objects that contain the right info
• Fix live playlist identification for live substations on mouv and fip channels
• Fixes thumbnail identification for broadcaster profile playlists
• Updates some older tests such as podcasts that were missing, replace them with working ones
