Unable to login with GitHub

Describe the bug
Click Sign in to Github, nothing happen

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open VS Code
2. Click to Github Action
3. Click to Sign in to Github

Expected behavior
There is nothing happening; you should open browser and redirect to github

In case this helps, I was having the exact same issue and unchecking the "Use-enterprise" option in the extension settings fixed it!
