Description
This PR adds Layer5's new Bluesky social account to the site's footer, listed alongside the other social media icons.
This PR fixes #6461
Notes for Reviewers
-The Bluesky icon was added in the same style and placement as the other social media accounts in the footer.
-Please verify that the link opens correctly and is consistent with the design.
-Let me know if you'd prefer the icon to be placed differently based on responsiveness or layout.
