Repro Steps:

1. Go to "HELP AND FEEDBACK" view -> Click "Review issues" or "Report Issue" to open the "Select the Azure extension..." list.
2. Check whether an extra option "Managed Identity" shows in the "Select the Azure extension..." list.

Expect:
No option "Managed Identity" shows in the "Select the Azure extension..." list.

Actual:
An extra option "Managed Identity" shows in the "Select the Azure extension..." list.
