Reproduction case
In some cases at a specific window size of the browser, the popover is initially cut off. At first the popover opens at the bottom where theres not enough space. After hovering on the popover it jumps to the top and is fully visible.
Expected Behaviour
if the window size is too small for the popover to be positioned at the bottom, it should initially be positioned at the top.
