Description of the problem

Description

When navigating the Node.js documentation site, the header menus (such as the Table of Contents, Index, and Options dropdowns) overlap with each other and with main content due to improper stacking context (z-index) settings. This results in dropdowns not appearing above other UI elements as expected, making navigation difficult and reducing usability.

Steps to Reproduce:

Go to the Node.js documentation site.
Open the Table of Contents, Index, or Options menus in the header.
Observe that the menus overlap with each other or with the main content, making some menu items inaccessible.
