Disable DNS filtering (AdGuard DNS) in apps when AdGuard Home is detected

Hi, I use all the AdGuard products (Android, Windows and iOS) and I also have AdGuard Home running on an RPI. I'm looking for a way to automatically disable DNS filtering in the apps when I'm at home, since my local network is protected by AdGuard Home. When I leave home, I want the apps to automatically switch to my private AdGuard DNS plan. I can't find an option to do this; the only way I found is to disable filtering when a specified SSID is used, but this option is not available in all apps. Is this something possible ?
