Long list of domains to specific upstream

Hi I have a list of domains including 2 ccTLDs (ir and xn--mgba3a4f16a) and 62k+ domains that I need to resolve using specific upstream
What should I do?
assume the upstream is 2.2.2.2

• First ccTLD is simple: [/ir/]2.2.2.2
• What about the unicode domain (xn--mgba3a4f16a = .ایران)?
• what about the 63000 domains?
  • is AdGuard Home capaler of handling such a long filter?
  • a long [/domain1/domain2/.../]?
  • multiple shorter [/domain1/domain2/.../]
  • One domain per line?
  • any other way?
