  • Update octree format to store dry foliage texture
  • Implement tinting logic
  • Update BiomeBlendingUtility to blend dry foliage color too
  • Implement the actual leaf_litter block
  • Check if some biomes need special handling of dry foliage color
  • Calculate default dry foliage colors for all biomes

Related to #1798
