- Majority of the time its just an alias to `rememberRetainedStateRegistry()` - Android version changes to `CanRetainChecker.Always`, as it inherits the ViewModels lifecycle
- Lifecycle might be a better name
- Make ViewModel a shared implementation dependency

Rebuilding
continuityRetainedStateRegistryaslifecycleRetainedStateRegistry, and making theViewModelan implementation detail of it. Mostly figuring out if this makes sense, open to discussion.
