This allows us to remove ArrayWithTransform class and materialize_raster function, while also ensuring XyzTiles handles reprojections correctly.

Refactor XyzTiles to work with RasterMaterializer.
This allows us to remove ArrayWithTransform class and materialize_raster function, while also ensuring XyzTiles handles reprojections correctly.
So mostly code cleanup while also improving how XyzTiles handles reprojections.
