Description
This issue lists all the PRs and steps required to launch the EDOT (OTel) documentation in docs-content and the V3 docs:
- Update assembler.yml and navigation.yml: Update assembler.yml to add EDOT docs docs-builder#1231

- Change

- Recover existing elastic/opentelemetry automation, if possible.
