Server code?

I couldn't get this to work with a node.js server. Would it be possible to include the server code and maybe the thrift library itself (in case it's incompatible with other version)?

I will try digging this out. Obviously, this has been opened a long time ago but for nevertheless might be interesting for future reference. Not sure if this is going to work with latest thrift as the JS protocol has been through so many changes.
