Is your suggested feature related to a problem? Please describe.
I have been looking at my logs and it says a lot of my mods are incompatible with each other, and I wish there was 2 filters that highlight the incompatible mods in red and compatible in green, I do get frustrated as the logs screen cause of it just being a jumble of text, words and numbers, so having these filters would help before launching a game/ or installing the mods in general.

Basically adding to filters to show incompatible highlighted in red and compatible highlighted in green.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Other way I can think of this is to only show the incompatible, and only show the compatible.
