Documentation on updating personal access token passed via vs code inputs

Thanks for supporting this integration. I couldn't figure out how to update a personal access token passed via the prompt that opens when running MCP > list servers, selecting github, and running it for the first time after copying mcp.json into the .vscode workspace directory.

The problem is that the prompt only opens and asks for the token the first time, after which it's unclear how to update it.

Do you have any guidance on how to do this?

When you have the JSON file open, if you hover over the asterisks there should be a pop up that has Edit in it, and if you click that you'll get a new prompt. Would appreciate a PR for this!

I must be blind, because when I view the settings.json I do not see any asterisks, and therefore can't update the PAT.
