CmdPal: Mega community extensions requests tracker #38530
Description
We have a tremendous list of good extension ideas, and ones that have already been made. I need to create a well-formatted-for-github version of that list.
Built-in Extensions
Ones that ship with Command Palette. These are the features that are fundamental parts of the Command Palette, and don't make sense to be separate extensions.

Fate of Run v1 Built-in Extensions
There's a few Run v1 built-in extensions that we're not planning on bringing over to CmdPal. Generally, these are just extensions that would be better served by being seperate apps from Command Palette, not something we need to maintain in the Command Palette codebase.
