This suggestion is to enable searching for the keyword 'cmd' in the Command Palette to quickly open the Command Prompt, similar to the functionality available in the Windows Start search.

Scenario when this would be used?

Self-evident for improving the efficiency of opening the Command Prompt.

Yep, this is ultimately /dup #39044. At least, that's where I'm tracking the work to fix this
